On the dip switch you want to have 1 On and 2 Off, plug in the flashcat and launch the software, make sure the flashcat is detected, then hit the reset button, now you should now see a tab called AVR Firmware, you load the hex file, hit the program button, then start application

If you want you can flip 2 back to On or you can leave it Off, only difference is if 2 is On when you hit reset it will do a basic reset and not be able to flash AVR
