Hi guys finally I got my RS232 this exact same one from ebay:
MAX3232 RS232 Serial Port to TTL Converter Module DB9 Connector with Cables

And I also have the following USB Serial Converter cable.

PSG02504 - PRO SIGNAL - Computer Cable, Adaptor, D Sub Mini Plug, 9 Way, USB 2.0 A Plug, 1.97ft, 600mm, Black | Farnell element14

Can some one help me with the cable layout on my RS232 it has in the following order

VCC | TX | RX | GND and on the modem board nothing maybe just j353

Can anyone help, with these pins as the modems pcb board does not have the layout for what I need to connect the cables too only the rs323 has the layout.
