SB5101 gets stuck on haxorware Ranging Complete

It gets stuck on ranging complete.
It keeps scanning but when I connect the coax it starts
To say ranging complete and it freezes?
What can I do to fix the problem?

Could be two things. One you are using a mac on the same node and there is a conflict forcing your cmts to think about letting you on. Second and more probable, your certs are wrong
