Flashcat USB Status : disconnected?

I just received my black cat Usb but I just can't seem to find out how to program it
I've downloaded the files and everything but it say
Flash Cat Usb status Disconnected?
What do I do ?

The lights are just blinking blue it wont go in to solid and won’t let me upgrade firmware. It’s as if I don’t have a FC

Have you tried hitting the reset button like drew suggested 4 years ago...?

Yes I have a Classic to read and update it won’t connect at all

The Vcc powers the modem but with or without the modem it won’t read it for noting the blue light just blinks as if I was programming but I just open the software I tried the latest to older older versions.
