getting to config page

Transmit power is 8.3 dBmV and receive power is 25.6.

I've only experienced this if
1) The tuner on the modem is physically damaged.
2) I'm not getting a signal from the outside line (for example - maybe the line is not connected or there is a filter on the tap)

i think the modem is shot... it connect to the config page, but it doesn't do nothing b ut scan, and says not sync. I tried multiple places, my sister house and my friend. I went ahead and put it on the shelf as a back up, and i am going to load up Sigma X2 on another modem and see if that work better for me. Thank you for thelp.

Sorry to hear that man. As soon as I saw 8.3 dBmV I knew the modem probably had something wrong with it. It's what happened to me on a few occasions when repairing modems.
