a valid HFC mac will automatically pull up a config file try ur subbed one to get on

It's not true, my modem Scientific Atlanta EPC2100 and EPC2100R2 (I have both with Haxorware) and I get 40 Mbps (peak speed 45 Mbps) in EuroDOCSIS network.

The maximum speed I get from 2100 is 48Mb.

I don't know where you live but for few days you will be offline, because of security update.

EURO DOCSIS rates are faster because the amount of bandwidth the DS channel uses is wider than DOCSIS channel for us here..

DOCSIS single channel with the most robust modulation density is Max 38 mb/s

EURO is Max 51 mb/s

All because the EURO channel is wider
