well, in his defense, if his ISP has their shit together it isn't that easy. If they have clone detection running correctly then that cm will sit in the stream for a year and never get a push from the CMTS.
Op, do this...
You can either uncheck everything in hax settings page and uncheck disable snmp in stealth page and reconnect the coax.
or
preferrably you would want to reflash the stock backup of the virgin firmware you made before you flashed it, but if you do not have it then try this,
Take that nonvol and write it over another stock flash and connect it. That might get you there. It all depends on how their cmts is configured. Try those two things first.
