ok, im new to this thing. i have a small black modem [scientific atlantic 2101] or something like that.. i dont have it infront of me right now BUT. heres the problem..
i've had it for about a month.. and now its not working.. on the status steps it is stuck on "UPSTREAM..." which is like the third step.. i have no clue on how to get my internet back up.. please help?
