I have hax, I'm just trying to help a friend. All I need to know it there is an equivalent command for bpi+ bypass in sigma.

That's an understatement.
the only way to do that on sigma is telnet got to use telnet to change that and you can find those commands in a post on this reforum guys don't like repeating things that can be found with little effort a google search or just searching in this forum will give you the answer that you need. but I would suggest to your friend to flash with hax then this problem can be easily corrected with a click other than that you need to use telnet
