Really? That sucks. I made sure the card had the ability to be remapped to legacy I/O addresses. Does that make a difference? Here are the card specs:
Quote:PCI lower profile single port parallel card
Easy Plug & installation automatically selects IRQ and I/O address
Supports PCI IRQ sharing-saves valuable resources for other expansion card
Support 32-bit PCI Bus, PCI Specification 2.1
Support Re-mapping to Legacy Address
Supports more than one card into system
Parallel Port:
Build-in SPP, PS2, EPP, ECP compatible IEEE 1284 printer port
Fast data rates up to 1.5Mbytes/sec
Build-in 16 Byte FIFO
(some) Supported Parallel Devices:
Bank Passbook Printer, CF/SM/MMC/SD/PCMCIA reader, CD-R/RWS, EPROM Programmer, Intelligent UPS, Laplink, LS120 Drive, Plotter, Receipt Printer, Scanner etc

The link to the site of my card is this one

Also, do you happen to know what addresses blackcat searches for the lpt port? Thanks.
Oh and thanks for the PM.
