Bandwidth request failure

What does this mean? This is a SB5100 modem on a Docsis 1.1 config. The power, downsteam, upstream, and online lights are solid green.

However, the computer that's connected to the modem doesn't receive a public IP address. The modem does receive it's private HFC IP.

Your MAC isnt on the white List of provisioned modems..

i got this problem long time ago
what i can say is this
it disappear after a wile,i did n do nothing
sometime thing s get fixed.............

ISP was prob doing maintenance or moving cards around.

White list being used..

MAC isnt on the HFC/MAC Management List
