Bandwidth request failure - green machine - 21-07-2013 What does this mean? This is a SB5100 modem on a Docsis 1.1 config. The power, downsteam, upstream, and online lights are solid green. However, the computer that's connected to the modem doesn't receive a public IP address. The modem does receive it's private HFC IP.
