Thank you
I think it stands for "joint test action group" if memory serves me right..
A Jtag is used to read/write from the flash chip on the modems. It's what most people use to get hax0ware onto their modems...It is a little device that has the same usb input as the modem, a usb cable goes into it on that end and then you plug the other end of the usb cord into the PC. You then put the other end of the jtag onto a header, which is attached to your modem. Then you use an application on your PC and issue commands through it to your jtag..
If you want so more info on it, or need to buy one, check here;

Instead of opening a new topic I will post here, hope you dont mind...
anyway, i have flashed my modem with haxorware rev39 and CAN access the gui but when I wanted to go back to original firmware, 192.168.100.1 is not accessible... I did the flashdump command before upgrading to haxorware but is it possible that the backup is messed up or... do I have to upgrade the bootloader now too? When I reflash back to haxorware I can access the menu again. Where could I find the original firmware that will work?
BTW I have found firmware on azlox: INTEL-REVA-STOCK, MX-REVA-STOCK and ST-REVA-STOCK... Which one to use?
Thanks in advance.
