Hello,

How does this Factory Mode tool works for the Motorola SB5100? When I run it under Windows XP PRO SP3 and try to ENABLE FACTORY MODE it crashes. Yes, I do have the Microsoft C++ 2008 redistributable installed already. Also, I know what the MAC of my modem SB5100 is and all. No, I am not new to this.

I just want to get some good answer from a good community member here. Please do not reply with: "Oh you did not read this or that". I think we can all read good, but if the software keeps crashing, it will not do any good.

Any Ideas?
