The flashing steps of ch341a usb spi flasher to  SB6141E:    

To recognize the chip by the ch341a usb spi flasher shall be first of all;    

1\ Read the the chip,and save it;  
2\ erase the chip, and check if it is empty;
3\ program the dump of sb6141(with foreware)

if you need the dump of sb6141e(with foreware), i can email to you,but it is not the dump of sb6141.

can I ge the dump with forceware for the sb6121 and sb6141 emailed to dragonboyy3k@gmail.com thanks
