DCM425 will not accept Haxorware

I have a DCM425 in emergency mode. I have haxorware.bin in my tftp32 folder. Im using the one-click method, everything works but when it is time for the tftp transfer i get an error 10054 in tftp32.

Thompson event log:
Time Not Established Error (4) SW upgrade Failed after download - Incompatible SW file
Time Not Established Notice (6) SW Download INIT - Via NMS

Note: Firewall is off and i can can transfer UGM Bootloader with no problems, but no haxorware

well its a closed port error, flash via serial/ttl
