5100 is actually a d1.1/2.0 cm. I believe you are thinking of 4100's

You can't take a firmware update because it will illegal set operation failed...diff hardware. I don't see a cvc check so prob don't need a firmware push there...YET!

I'm too lazy to read the whole log...did you get a cfg and is it working?

I think you or way over your head here, i said him not yankey or anyone else, i know you or in that 1% that know your shit, but if you want to see me fly show him how you do it and see what happen in a few days time.

what or you trying to say we should tel the dude or spoon feed him how to steel internet, if you notice most of these guys ask question more than they test, i learn the hard way reason cause my isp is out side the state, so i care less what you want to say, i help testers who have problem with the hardware they or testing not to steel. @KnoxK I never expect you to understand, this is my final comment in this thread have a good day.

Quote:Vendor Motorola Corporation

I believe the correct one would be

Software Version SB5100-2.3.8.0-GA-00-NOSH

Nothing should be after NOSH, check telnet logs to see the differnces

Now I remember reading somewhere with Motorola you are not suppose to include the periods with the software version I believe. I don't remember it was a while ago I read that. Anyhow
Try
Software Version SB5100-2.3.8.0-GA-00-NOSH
and

Software Version SB5100-2380-GA-00-NOSH

Best of luck to you
