we got it back now, just one 2mb flash using tom jtag utilty

restore your 2MB backup
The commands are as follows:
detect
ldram 9fc00000
(A File Open dialog will appear, find your 2MB backup file and click open)
program 9fc00000 200000
=
see lot error writing: took over 30min, but one done, all haxorw setting restore; it very much same as other modem, we took 2mb flash from

where can i get the full bios flash for sb5101E it has the same problem no lights except for the rec light which works when the usb(ethernet) is pluget in and stays on all the time

Grab a public dump off SBH or google the firmware name and see what you can find. Forocable has a shitload of dumps available

when i try to flash it it says:

try ldram 9fc10000
program 9fc10000 200000

nosh-nndmn might be a bin converted from a p7 file which would be firmware not a full flash.
