RE: Macs not working anymore???? - badger - 05-05-2010 I have tried this, drewmerc this is a reminder to check that bat. file you wrote. What should I see when using this program. I edited for dev, and put macs in log. Can you just explain a bit more about using it please. RE: Macs not working anymore???? - drewmerc - 05-05-2010 all the program does is take a random mac from the text file load it to the modem and restart it. change the computer nic mac and computer host name and restart the network connection (also changes the dns settings to avoid false positives in the internet test) one all that is done it tests to see if it can connect to the internet and if this fails it restarts (hopefully useing a different random mac from the text file) http://www.sbhacker.net/forum/index.php/topic/7915-trace-buster-automatic-mac-changing/ RE: Macs not working anymore???? - jonny4580 - 05-05-2010 (05-05-2010, 02:14 PM)drewmerc Wrote: all the program does is take a random mac from the text file load it to the modem and restart it. change the computer nic mac and computer host name and restart the network connection (also changes the dns settings to avoid false positives in the internet test)the problem with mine is that it says operational on alot of macs so it will think its ok wont it and close but all i can access is the sctivation page!! looks like 1 by 1 is the only way at the moment init!! RE: Macs not working anymore???? - drewmerc - 05-05-2010 this line: also changes the dns settings to avoid false positives in the internet test why are you still getting the activation page with different dns settings? RE: Macs not working anymore???? - djon - 06-05-2010 Maybe this a contributing factor? http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/05/06/virgin_media/ RE: Macs not working anymore???? - drewmerc - 06-05-2010 well if your modem worked thru all that you should be laughing hahahahahahahahahahaha RE: Macs not working anymore???? - gavinm - 22-08-2011 (27-04-2010, 07:57 AM)steve Wrote: Same here mate - not been able to find any solution other than to keep trying macs. 000:59:F28:BC RE: Macs not working anymore???? - ABMJR - 22-08-2011 This has nothing to do with Haxorware, this is an issue with new security @ the CMTS. If you know what your doing, you can still do a certain "thing" at a certain "time" in the handshaking and get on line. In any area. With new security. But dont ask for it, as it is private Friends. peace |
