Haxorware is copyrighted firmware by
Rajkosto and SBHacker. The reseller program is administered by bitemytaco. If
you are interested in becoming a reseller please contact bitemytaco@haxorware.com. More legal
info is posted below the list of authorized resellers.
Page updated 4/19/2010. Current
reseller license pricing is $450 for one year and $250 for 6 months. Donations
made to Rajko in the past will be discounted from your license fee. Existing
resellers who signed up before 11/09 were given 1-month extensions on their
licenses. The license renewal cost for existing dealers is much less than the
initial sign-up cost.
There are currently some added benefits
to being in the Haxorware reseller program. Haxorware resellers may also resell
SB6120 premods with the SBH modified firmware and SBH hardware products such as
USBJTAG and breakout elite boards. Haxorware dealers will also be given first
consideration for the upcoming Haxomatic dealer program.

resellers must meet the following requirements or their license will be revoked:

advertising anything illegal or selling “plug and play” premods
2.
Must
give credit to Rajkosto in their listings
3.
State
that they are an authorized Haxorware reseller (which can be verified on this
website)

This is the official
Haxorware Reseller seal. Dealers are not required to use this image, but may
post it on their store or eBay listings. The seal should always be posted with
HTML code that links to this page when you click on it.
Haxorware always has been and always will be FREE
firmware. That means you are more than welcome to download it and flash it to
your own modem. And you can post links to download it on your website as long
as you give credit to Rajkosto. This does not mean you can take our firmware
and sell it without a license and make a profit from our hard work. Rajkosto
worked very hard to create the best firmware ever and he deserves to be paid
for his work. Those people who choose to sell Haxorware without a license are
STEALING copyrighted custom code and are subject to liability under applicable
copyright and DMCA laws. The eCos legal department confirmed long ago that
custom add-ons to their OS are copyrightable. We have a copyright (DMCA)
lawyer, and he has advised us on how to administer the reseller program and how
to deal with unauthorized resellers. If you are caught selling on eBay without
a license you will be reported to the VeRo program and have your auctions
removed. Repeated VeRo violations will result in your account being permanently
suspended from eBay. If you are caught selling outside of eBay without a
license and we find you, you will receive a cease and desist letter from our
DMCA lawyer. If you choose to continue violating our copyright, you will be
taken to court and held liable for your actions.
