sb5101 not working after unplug coxiable

strange sb5101 on haxorware was online fine til I disconnect coxiable cable and when i replug it to the same one. cant connect. then the modem kept resetting it self, it not able to lock on to upstream. weird was online then disconect cable then reconnect cable and getting this error. signal should be good cuz it was working fine. what give?


getting this on log

I was removing the coxial cable to untangle wire, then just plug back to modem, then light went blinking, never pass established connection, then it does self reboot for 2 days now.

iam using bpi dos.1.1
I try other bpi+ and bpi bypass not workin

doesnt work any more suggestion

i guess what i would do is flash haxorware lite and see if the telnet output is anymore helpful with that

(my head tells me it's something simple, i just dont know what without reading loads of cisco ctms docs)

someone suggest "k" is TEK is missing..is refer to invalid CERT..?

bpi+ enforce in the area, does this mean cmts is checking matching mac & cert on subb modem user end and compare it to provider host?
