if you dont mind, have couple of questions:
- parts #2 and #15 are missing - is it ok?
- parts #3 and #9 with same size 131072 and all zeros except last byte (0a) - is it ok ?
- part #17 is all zeros also

2 and 15 missing thats fine.  as for the other 2 questions i will check it out and get back to you later .

here it is once again . keep in mind this file has a 15 day expiry so download it fast!!!!!!

I don't have a nand reader right now. Anyway to flash using Phison or USB to TTL?

you can but you need an emmc backup, not a nand backup.
from serial atom by usb you can read or write mmcblk (partitions) with DD
