I have 2492S arris and so far my way of reading and writing has been unleashed by the NAND.
I want to try bitware, but the files in the thread are for writing from the Phison PS8211.
Does anyone have a dump of the NAND with the bitware?
So can I try it on my arris?
thanks

Send me your nand dump, I will return it with Bw, if you do the dump with any Fcusb xport or mach1 remember in mode / protocol settings / nand "combined mode", if you use any other programmer just send the backup

Hi, I've tried it and it goes OK.
thank you very much for your help.

I have a question, ...
Can you change the original NAND (Toshiba) to an ARRIS 2492 for another (mxic or Spansion)?

I have more readings from other ARRIS 2492 modems, can you flash anything from bitware?

you cannot copy a toshiba dump (139mb) onto a nand mxic or cypress spansion, your dump is toshiba, cypress, micron, mxic or whatever it should be copied to the same memory brand.
no, I do not say to write the dump of a toshiva NAND in a spansion or around.

what I am saying is .... physically changing the NAND from a motherboard to another motherboard between 2 ARRIS 2492 modems
