SB5101 Keeps Resetting....

Have sub hooked back up and working properly.... I've owned a5101 for 6+ months without any issues.... Thats is, til last week.... I'm a giant infant when it comes to anything involving a computer.... A friend helped with this same issue by changing last number in hfc mac.... Option isn't available atm without having any access to haxorware page.... Any constructive input would be greatly appreciated.... Tx in advance for your time....


BTW, I've been unable to sign into sbacker.net to troubleshoot....

When powering up, modem resets after 4th light (online) goes solid.... Then continues to repeat itself at same point....

Is it possible to reach haxorware page from sub???

I didn't think so, since 192.168.100.1 takes me to motorola w/sub....

Again, tx for your patience and help on any possible fix....

192.168.100.1 is the haxorware page (blue, says haxorware on it)
if you see a motorola page you do not have haxorware

My sub sends me to Motorola....

My modded modem (purchased thru moto modz) sends me to haxorware....

Problem is that I can't keep modded modem up long enough to access haxorware....

When powering up, modem resets at same point everytime....

Just after 4th light (online) goes solid....

unplug the coax cable from it, that will stop the reboot
change the mac
and plug coax cable back in
