haxorware 250 down

My haxorware modem went down last night, Now no matter which macs i try it just sticks on ranging, it wont even go to ranging complete, and with haxorware tools they all say "not online", any ideas why this is, I've even tried the mac off my subbed modem but that wont work either, is there any thing i should know or is it a case of just keep feeding it macs and see what happens i just find it a bit strange that i can't even get to the activation page.
