After i flashed this particular modem with force i cant log in with 192.168.100.1 but other modems same rev work great. It dosent let me log in when i change the settings on forceto sb6141 and change setting to online and reboot.

This revision use a different pga board that the one set in forceware, so after flashing forceware choose sb6141 in modem type and change tuner to MAX3518 then apply and choose Single boot mode so if there's a problem the modem won't brick.

sounds like you changed the wrong settings and bricked it.

Yes i know about the rev4 modems and the different settings other modems that ive flashed work good.....but this modem wont...i checked in adapter settings on my pc and i do get an ip of 192.168.100.20 but where the 192.168.100.1 is suppose to be its blank. Only with thus modem others work good thanks.

What are the modem lights doing?
From what I understand,
1) Take stock modem, flash with forceware
2) Receive DHCP lease, but cannot log in.
BUTTTT I think you configured it after logging in because you said

Isn't the default IP address for the first client 192.168.100.
