Hi, can someone please look at my event log to explain what could be wrong? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

My modem was working for over two weeks and over night it stopped working. Green light on the Send keeps on blinking.

Hi drewmerc thanks for the reply?

So my only option is to get a Valid MAC from outside my area now?

i think so, that log really does not say much i could be a signal issue because its taking a while to lock
99% of my answers here are signal / mac / bpi / certs

Hello Drew,

Singal wise I think I'm good as they are within the ranges:

Receiver Power 10
S/N is 35
Transmtit Power is 50

I've heard that BPI+ is being implemented in my area.

I don't have a copy of my original MAC or Cert. Is there a guide I can read somewhere in order to get the MAC and Cert to match?
