Just need to update two modems do you have the modem file. I don't expect hand-outs I get it as I tried the instructions.

Ok.. if you don't want to get it from Cox user forums, try Teksavvy or another ISP.

I tried googling the firmware name and got that info.. maybe if you add some keywords you'll find a direct download link.
