Flash my modem blackcat cable with howaxware 1.1r39 lite JtagUtility but i can not access 192.168.100.1 my internet become limited or no connectivity power led stable and pc not stable
help pls

reflash it (enable verify)
if it still dont work just flash the bootloader (if its not working) and then flash it via max232

Haxorware1.1r39lite installed and now i can open 19.168.100.1. Without max232
