yes you can a full flash is 8192 KB you will need to read in spi mode
What pinout did you use for this and i also read that u can clone these but not sure

1- chip select
2- data out to data in of reader
3 -------
4- ground Bond it to your reader ov
5- data in to data out of reader
6- clock set the speed of transfer
7- hold bonded to power when in R+W mode
8- Power 3.3v
