Operational and then stuck at ranging!
#1
I'm on Haxorware Version 1.1 Revision 39 with DPC2100R2 and I'm having a strange issue. I get a mac from SNMPcfg and put it in Haxorware, the modem becomes operational and then randomly it disconnects. When it reboots and starts ranging it gets stuck on upstream ranging. The status shows locked and then start scanning downstream and it stays in the loop.

I'm on docsis 1.1, could it be the issue of certs? I have tried BPI+ docsis 1.1 and BPI+ pybass in haxorware with no joy

If it is an issue of certificates then why the modem is getting operational

The signal levels are strong

any help would be appreciatedSmile

is not your problem,is isp problem signal problem
anyway try different splitter, clean a little, but i think is gonna be solved in a little time
stick whit haxorware 39 and use god cert from another node

The issue is not getting resolved.

My modem becomes operational for sometime and then it reboots and get stuck at ranging T3 timeouts and that mac doesn't work anymore. When i put a new mac it becomes operational again and then after sometime it doesn't work anymore. What could be the issue I'm on DOCSIS 1.1 and my ISP doesn't enforce baseline privacy?

yes, bpi+, cmts force trusted certs to register and athack DoS to clone hfc mac and modem is t3 ranging.
Deletes the set frequency in haxo.
Dynamic Channel Change (dcc) is no "problem" is a set of network management, probably the modem will try to register with another frequency that are configured in the config file for mac and node

you should set the signals?

I'm getting this error because I'm forcing a config file. By disabling it I don't get this error.
