Sb5101 or SB5100

I did lots of reading but now i need help please.
I have this modems db5101 and sb5100
sb5101 with hax was working until now.
Now my provider need cert too.
I try fastcert (not scanning any thing)
can i use sb5100 put in to factor mod and scan fastcert for cert?
or how can i get cert using any of those modems?
