. So I have a paid acc with twc and I'm trying to use my sb5101. I gave them my SN & Mac but still no go. I have rev 11.39 on it. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

TWC sub paid not work with your haxorware you must flash back original firmware

Hi to All

@Sal, your unit was activated with TWC before (means the unit belong to them), by another unit moded or not, what have been activated with different ISP, and you will be ok.
I have same modem like you activated with TWC.
