Anybody can tell me if fastcert work for Cable Vision. I tried to scan Cable Vision network, but I get nothing. Thanks!

No, it doesn't work, looks like the ports were closed when they upped the security.

Ports are never closed...SNMP works well..

Then I guess we have to figure out a way to get the private community string somehow. Its not in the config file, i've checked.

yes sometimes we need to use other pass than from config
but what if we cannot even ping cmts and other devices from internal ip ? are you sure that snmp agent still can walk from cable modem side other modems in this case ?
