ISP point is pin 2. If you play around with it, you can find it too.

Two main things to make this work are; you must power on the modem with it's power supply, and use the ISP point.  It doesn't matter what order things are connected or boot up in, just connect and detect.

Just to show how much easier this setup is, here's the finished product.  Used an 11 wire ribbon with a shot from the hot glue gun.

If you are using Jtagnt u don't need ISP point for sb6120 , sbv6220 or sb6141, just apply 3v at pin 2 of the flash and the jtag will detect the chip.
