Ok, that doesnt look right. I believe you listed the frequencies instead of the power levels for upstream and downstream. They should end in dbmv or just DB. Check again towards the top right of Haxorware in the blue area..
(Some statements are redundant for clarity).

stb configs have a habit of randomly dropping connection also speed is shit slow
run a speedtest
