Address to place haxorware

Hi I'm a newb at this and I am trying to figure out the address in rom to start and stop my haxorware flash. I downloaded the 1.3 mb file and know that I need to start somewhere around 0x0010000 but I am unable to figure out the stop address.

I have a 5101u and have already made a backup dump. And I am using flashrom to flash the device.

i know this, but it's been about 2 years since i lasted noticed it (i run flashrom from a bat file so it's not like it type it in)
i should be back home some time over the weekend, i'll look when i get there (i can say i got the values from the linux version of the usbjtag nt software as i remember sitting there and working it out)
