You said not power supply, are u referring to power supply
transformer? If that is what you change, that is in a sense power supply,
but remember, you have a power supply circuit on the the main board.
did you check the components? But then again, probably not power supply issue,
like Jr mentioned, re-flash. usually power supply problems, mean no power at all.
