What chipset is it? if it's not a 3349 then you are wasting your time.Even if it is a 3349 you might still need a toy to put a different bootloader on it because w/o serial access you can't serial flash it anyways which is what the 1 click method really is. I hate to sound like a dick, BUT...

If you aren't willing to put a little $$ into the proper tools then you should find another hobby. You simply CANNOT pull this shit off w/o a programmer of some sort. Then there is the learning curve...oh boy!

tally done it nicely on DPX2213, w help of drewmerc:
http://www.haxorware.com/forums/archive/...829-2.html

YOU ROCK DREW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on the dpx2213 right now!! I was flashing hax0 106, which doesn't support my tuner. So I flashed to rev30 and was able to set the cm_tuner to 21...Cm_annex 0 and then i injected some certs/macs and rebooted and am now posting this with my dpx2213 w/hax0 rev30 on it. I have tried to get 39 onto it, but was un able to get it to lock..But now that I know what to do, I am sure I will be able to get it to lock with 39. Anyways thanks again man, you are very helpful and patient. (except when it comes to shit pics LOL j/k) thanks again!!

i still say give up as he's going to have to buy a jtag, i guess he could still soft flash it, by downgrading using the http://192.168.100.1/__swdld.asp (or an offline version of that page if his firmware has been updated)

lol the only method i can think of to soft flash that modem is a nightmare
1 get an offline _swdld.asp page (there is one around here somewhere i think the 2 on forocable seem to be down for now)
2 using the above downgrade your modem to an old webstar 2100r2 snmp enabled firmware (do this because i doubt any of the 2213 have snmp)
3 flash haxor with the 1 clicker (uses snmp so thats the reason for the above)
4 change the tuner via telnet
5 make it go online (hahahahahaha at this bit because how would you know if it's going to work or not or even if your using the correct tuner, i guess this is not for noobs)

what firmware did you try to flash as i did not think it'd work first time, there are a few checks that need to be passed/bypassed

see now i thinking of why nobody has look for the location of the snmp switch as it's only going to be a few hex bytes and could easily be enabled in newer firmware (this would need to be worked out on 2100r2 firms but i guess it could be ported to 2213)
see now i'm rambling when i should be thinking about the signed firmware and crc checks

I need to buy a few of these to play with never have flashed one. I have got my hands on one once. I know there is something weird about how the certs pull off once there on. there bin sizes are smaller .
