I've rooted and unlocked phones so I am capable of alot of things. But I'm a noob at this. My ISP tells me i have connection issues because firmware is too old. They won't help me update my firmware & they dont recommend it. They wanted me to buy a new one instead. Is it worth it to update the firmware? Sorry but I don't know what TWC is.
