How do i go about unbricking this surfboard?, a couple lights are on and does nothing . anyone got the unbrick full flash?

This is Haxorware M8...Plus, most ISP's have removed that dinosaur from their systems as the rf tuner is horribly ancient in the Bandwidth and modulation areas
