Can't connect control panel epc2010r2

Hi.

I flash with ethernet cable haxoware.
I log 192.168.100.1 and I change ip to 192.168.100.899 and pasword and username.
Now I can not enter to 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.100.899. I also do not reflesh to enhernet cable.

Plug straight through to a pc than go to command prompt and type ipconfig it will tell you the gateway.

ip 169.254.105.24, but don't work.

and usb driver can't install.

you'll need a usb ttl/serial cable and connect via the internal serial port to fix it
