Ustream is @ 55 dbm/v////too much and that is the max limit of the modems modulator...He will never make the level asked by the CMTS. Service call issue

"Receive Power" is negative (-4.0dBmV) means the line (actual cable line from the telephone pole) is shitty... god damn im not reading this thread anymore.....

my modem show "receive is negative -6.0dbmv and us 55 dbm I still online no problem with that

-4 is fine for downstream//-15 to + 15 for downstream receive is fine...
its the upstream that isnt making it..

power level sucks,the rest is fine....
iff you gonna have 3 lights on you get some luck,usually whith 55dbmv you never gonna have 3 light on,just the first 2. at my opinion do somthing,call the service and let them fix the line,your line is a scam....
