MAC ADDRESS HELP

i have a hacked modem running haxorware rev 39 ver 1.1

im trying to check some mac addresses i got through dhcp force

everytime i type in a new one and reboot my modem it just says operational but doesnt connect to the internet

everytime i go back to my working mac address it works again how come new mac addresses dont connect to the internet
