Dcm315 problems....please help

I just recently purchased a prexxx dcm315 off EEbay and really dont know much about it. I cannot connect as the red light flashes repeatedly then resets the modem. I was doing some reading on here and think that maybe the certificates are bad. On the surfboard page it says the modem is offline. Any help is gretaly appreciated.

Ok great Thanks for the quick reply. Also i have another same model prexxx modem that works fine can i use the certs from that one and do i need a jtag to do it. Other than the certs do i have to change the mac too? Thanks for your patience with me

jtag will do it, just dump the nonvol and upload to yours, you may also be able to do it via local snmp but i have no idea were i saw that may have been on forocable.com (i dont speak spanish so i could be wrong)

you can use sbtools if it can detect the correct cert of the dump/nonvol. or you can use .bat to extract and inject the cert.
