Problem with my SB5101?

hi, everyone. my SB5101 modem went down last night. I tried so many methods to fix it . for example, I changing a New Valid mac + config from outside my node n changing the setting too. Also, I reflashed it with the original backup bin file. The modem 4 lights on. but take me to the walledgarden. Can you help me or give me some hints to fix it, please? I would really appreciate it.

Most likely you need a new 2 MB bin, as the one you have has no certs to go with it..

can I get it from a sub modem? but, it needs to be outside of my node right? by the way, would the sub get banned from CC if I used that 2M bin on my SB5101?

How about some telnet logs and are you all on the same ISP, same area?

yeah i got the problem down SW Texas, with TWC im guessing it got something to do with the updates. i try bpi +, bpi +bypass, changing out mac/serial from subbed modem also!
