Hi Is there a way to tell wich certs are for wich ISP. sorry if this question asked before but I can't find it by searching.

If you get online with a modem on a certain ISP . . and grab certs. Those certs are for that ISP. Not sure exactly what you're asking

Some isp's re-sign the certificates...

Thanks guys what I am trying to find out is if I open a cert in hex editor is there any way to tell what isp is belongs to.Thanks
