For some reason I messed up the backup steps for my SB6141 HWv7 and now I can't get it running. I do have a SB6141 HWv8 modem and its original firmware but I heard that they are not compatible.
Does anyone have a full firmware dump for the SB6141? With and without forceware. I want to learn on how to do this.
Thanks

You can see this version in the "Help" page of the modem.

In my experience hardware v8 has a different PGA MAX3518, and v7 and under uses MT1570... Going by the version here is more reliable than the REV on the PCB, because I have seen REV4 with hardware v7 in the GUI and still using MT1570

how can you tell the HW version of a 6141 if it currently doesn't have stock firmware? will flashing any old 6141 backup onto it let you see the help page and the info from THAT modem?
