sb5101 is stoped working!!!! help

My sb5101 modem stopped working. help! all green lights comes on until (online) and flashes few second and turns off until receive. i usually changes the MAC address's last 2 numbers. but this time it is not working!!! Help me what to do?

Is it really an isp issue or is it really just something they super impose now on users? Cause the way i see it its not an isp issue, nor haxorware issue at that. If you see it the way im seeing it. What would be the correct statement for such a thing?

ABMJR.. got any pdf or anyting about all the error codes meanings, somewhere laying around? I dont recall seeing one over at sbh, But i might of missed it too.

Well it a ISP issue, as they have new security, and its not a haxorware issue, as its only a GUI interface. Its his lack of knowledge and the fact that he just wants answers handed to him...

this is his issue....
