Yes, this is it. The lines between PSxxxx chip and main CPU is where you need to look for. Can you make a detail of them?

It's irrelevant if you don't have a scope.

sorry that was what meant, if i get the scope , would i be able to touch every pin from the emmc and according to the readings i can tell which is which? but from the youtube video he only showed d0 , not d01 and d02

Finding CLK and CMD is easy because they are pretty specific. But it is not easy to distinguish DATx from DATy - you need to guess but their order is usually in sequence as you can see on the picture of my board. It is also possible that you controller will have similar pinout as mine.

ok, ill get a better pic and get the reader ready . so after everything is soldered , try reading it as a storage unit or will have to be through linux?

You can probably use Windows too but I have no idea what tool you need to use.

In the scene of the 3ds to read the emmc in windows use the win32 disk imager.
